The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The private garden was a bonus, and we felt very safe and relaxed the entire time.

Fantastic stay! The photos don’t do it justice. Everything was just as described—bright, modern, and peaceful. We especially appreciated the flexibility of the second bedroom setup, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved being able to walk barefoot to the beach in under a minute. Highly recommend for couples or small families.

A true little corner of paradise! The apartment is spacious, very bright, and incredibly well located: direct access to the beach, pool in the residence, and all the restaurants just a short walk away. We loved having breakfast on the terrace with the sound of the waves. Everything was clean and very well equipped. We’ll definitely be back!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
Any confirmed reservation implies full acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date:
The deposit paid will be fully refunded (100%)
- Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date:
25% of the total stay amount remains due and will be retained as a deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay amount is due and no refund will be issued.
- No-show:
100% of the total stay amount is due, with no refund.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
