Casa Lovia is an elegant three-bedroom villa located in Orient Bay, one of the most sought-after areas of Saint Martin. Nestled in the heart of a lush tropical garden, it offers a peaceful and private setting, ideal for enjoying the Caribbean atmosphere while being just a short walk from the famous Orient Bay beach, its beach restaurants, bars, and the village shops.
Recently renovated, the villa combines comfort and conviviality. Its bright living space, featuring a high ceiling and air-conditioned lounge, opens onto a pleasant private outdoor area. The terrace and private pool invite you to relax, whether after a day at the beach, while sharing a meal outdoors, or simply enjoying the calm of the surrounding tropical garden.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three air-conditioned bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The main suite features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and each has its own bathroom. A workspace is also available for guests who wish to combine their stay with remote work.
The natural garden setting adds an authentic Caribbean touch to your stay. You may occasionally spot local iguanas, which are completely harmless and generally more shy than curious, contributing to the island’s unique and natural charm.
Casa Lovia’s prime location allows you to easily walk to Orient Bay beach as well as the lively village square, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants and welcoming spots less than five minutes away on foot.
The villa also offers Wi-Fi, private parking, and a 5 m³ backup water cistern, an appreciated feature on the island where occasional water or power outages may occur beyond our control. Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
Any confirmed reservation implies full acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date:
The deposit paid will be fully refunded (100%)
- Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date:
25% of the total stay amount remains due and will be retained as a deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay amount is due and no refund will be issued.
- No-show:
100% of the total stay amount is due, with no refund.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
