ET VOILÀ apartment is a one bedroom unit located right behind one of the most beautiful beach of the island, Orient Beach!
From the apartment you have a direct access to the beach through a private gate but also to the shared pool of the complex. This property has been decorated with stylish and elegant furniture, soft & natural colors has been chosen for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed and has its bathroom attached (with shower and sink), toilets are separated.
Kitchen is fully equipped, living room with TV, WiFi and AC in every room, sofa-bed in living room and little cistern in case of water cut.
There is a possibility of an extra guest as sofa is a sofa bed in the living room.
You also have a parking spot if you have a car and if not, everything will be at walking distance, the beach, the restaurants, the grocery store, bakery...

Our stay at ET VOILÀ was absolutely delightful. The apartment's proximity to Orient Beach was unbeatable—we loved being able to access the beach directly through the private gate. The interior was tastefully decorated with stylish furniture and calming colors, creating a serene atmosphere. Our stay at ET VOILÀ exceeded all expectations. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with every detail carefully considered for our comfort. The bedroom was spacious and inviting, and we appreciated the attached bathroom with its modern amenities. The living room provided a cozy spot to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. We loved being just steps away from Orient Beach, and the convenience of having a parking spot was a bonus.

Our stay at ET VOILÀ was simply perfect. The apartment's location, just behind Orient Beach, was ideal for a beach lover like myself. The interior was beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and soothing colors, creating a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and having separate toilet facilities was a thoughtful touch. We loved having access to the shared pool, as well as the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and parking spot.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 30% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 45 days before arrival – REFUND OF DEPOSIT ONLY
- Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to trent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, you will be asked to give a major credit card as security deposit.
The damage deposit is 25% of the total amount but no charges will be applied to the card unless there is damage to the apartment or it’s furniture during the rental period.
If the cost of repairing damage or breakages is higher than the sum of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. The damage deposit can in no way be considered as part of the rental price for t amounthe property.
