Our stay at Joyau de Pinel was absolutely unforgettable. Waking up each morning to the view of Pinel Island and the turquoise water right in front of us felt surreal. The direct beach access is such a rare luxury — we could step from the terrace straight onto the sand in seconds.
The villa itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our group of six. We especially loved the outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean — sunset dinners there were pure magic. We cannot wait to come back!

Joyau de Pinel exceeded all our expectations. The location in Cul-de-Sac is ideal — peaceful and private, yet close to restaurants and boat trips to Pinel Island. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated having both the beach and pool just steps away.
The villa is very well equipped, from the kitchen to the fast Wi-Fi (which made it easy to catch up on a bit of work when needed). Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming. It truly offers the best of Caribbean living with comfort and style.

We travel to Saint Martin often, and Joyau de Pinel is by far one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. The panoramic ocean views are breathtaking — especially at sunset with St. Barth in the distance.
The home is bright, airy, and beautifully maintained. The three en-suite bedrooms provide privacy while the open living spaces are perfect for gathering together. The private pool and beachfront setting make it feel exclusive and serene. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Saint Martin.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
Any confirmed reservation implies full acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date:
The deposit paid will be fully refunded (100%)
- Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date:
25% of the total stay amount remains due and will be retained as a deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay amount is due and no refund will be issued.
- No-show:
100% of the total stay amount is due, with no refund.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
