Welcome to Lapis Bleu, a stylish and spacious ground-floor apartment located just behind the famous Orient Bay Beach in Saint Martin.
The apartment enjoys an unbeatable location — within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, beach bars, and water activities — with direct access to both the residence pool and the beach.
Inside, you’ll find two bright and comfortable bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom (one with toilet, plus an additional separate toilet at the entrance).
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living and dining area, perfect for gathering with family or friends.
Step outside to enjoy a double terrace: share a meal around the large outdoor table or unwind in the cozy lounge area. From your terrace, walk straight to the residence pool and then onto the white sands of Orient Bay Beach!

The unit was tastefully decorated with a coastal-inspired theme, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The proximity to Orient Beach meant that we could easily enjoy leisurely strolls along the shore and indulge in delicious meals at the nearby restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge.

Our stay at Lapis Bleu exceeded all expectations. The location was unbeatable, with direct access to Orient Beach and a host of amenities right on our doorstep. The unit itself was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and inviting retreat after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the upscale bedding to the stylish decor. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We're already dreaming of our next visit to Lapis Bleu!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
