Our stay at Mon Paradis Bleu was absolutely magical! The house is beautifully situated right behind the famous Orient Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. The two large bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the terrace that offered a breathtaking view of the pool and ocean. The fully equipped kitchen and bright living room made us feel right at home. We spent many evenings enjoying dinner on the terrace, listening to the waves. The proximity to restaurants and the bakery was a huge plus. Highly recommended for families and groups of friends looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Mon Paradis Bleu exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable – just a few steps from Orient Beach, which is one of the best on the island. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom, which was great for privacy. The amenities, including the washing machine and smart TV, made our stay even more convenient. Staying at Mon Paradis Bleu was an unforgettable experience. The house is perfectly located right behind Orient Beach, providing stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The interior is spacious and well-appointed, with two large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved lounging by the private pool and dining on the terrace. The house is also within walking distance of great restaurants and a bakery, which made our stay even more enjoyable.  Rental contract

Payment

The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price. 


The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.


For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.

The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
  • Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
  • Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND


If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.


Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.

Damage deposit

In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.


This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.


Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
