No Name in Paradise is exactly what we were hoping for — a peaceful, beautifully decorated home with everything you could need. The pool and terraces were perfect for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore the beaches and restaurants nearby. We loved waking up to the sunrise on the upstairs terrace — truly magical!

We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces are incredible — we spent most of our time lounging by the pool or enjoying dinner on the terrace. Cul-de-Sac is quiet but still close to everything. Highly recommend!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
