We had an amazing stay at Pearl of the Bay. The apartment is exactly as described: bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved having coffee on the terrace overlooking the marina each morning. The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Pearl of the Bay exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The décor is elegant without feeling formal, and the whole apartment feels welcoming. Anse Marcel is one of my favorite areas on the island, and staying right on the marina was a real highlight.

We stayed here with four adults, plenty of space for everyone. The living area is bright and airy, and the two bathrooms were a big plus. We loved how close we were to the beach, but also appreciated how calm the residence is in the evening. Pearl of the Bay is the perfect base for exploring Saint Martin and relaxing at the same time.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
