We had an amazing stay at Starfish Apartment. The view is honestly even more stunning than in the photos — waking up to the ocean every morning was unforgettable. The terrace quickly became our favorite spot for coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the strong WiFi and air conditioning after long beach days. The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes from Orient Bay beach and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
Any confirmed reservation implies full acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date:
The deposit paid will be fully refunded (100%)
- Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date:
25% of the total stay amount remains due and will be retained as a deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay amount is due and no refund will be issued.
- No-show:
100% of the total stay amount is due, with no refund.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
