Villa Flamingo is a lovely renovated house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a dream vacation in Orient Bay, Saint Martin.
Located in a secure residence with two swimming pools and just behind the beach, it enjoys an ideal location where everything is within walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, and beach bars.
The villa features a modern fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, etc.), a spacious living room with dining table, desk, and two sofas including a sofa bed, as well as a charming terrace where you can enjoy dinner or simply relax while listening to the sound of the waves.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. One of them has a large balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Two separate toilets, one downstairs and one upstairs, complete the layout.

Villa FLAMINGO exceeded all our expectations! The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. We spent most of our time on the terrace, soaking up the sun and admiring the stunning sea views. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the island. Our stay at Villa FLAMINGO was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this beautiful and well-appointed house. The outdoor terrace was our favorite spot, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails with a view. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of having two pools in the complex and being just steps away from the beach. Overall, Villa FLAMINGO provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Orient Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
