Villa Mallory is located in the very popular and gated community of Orient Bay. The villa offers an incredible view on the village and on the ocean!
It features 2 connecting rooms with their own bathroom, one with Twin beds, the other with King size bed. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.
The 3rd bedroom is separated, has a King size bed, bathroom but also a kitchenette so can be used as an independent studio. It also has access to the terrace.
The living room is fully open with a TV and sofa area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a sofa bed to host 2 extra guests.
Every rooms open on the large terrace equipped with outdoor sofa, a big dining table, long chairs around a beautiful infinity pool.
The villa is equipped with Starlink satellite Wi-Fi and Starlink TV (speed is 200 MBPS), a safe, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a water tank to compensate for water outages.

Villa Mallory exceeded all our expectations for a friends' getaway! The location in the gated community of Orient Bay is unbeatable, with incredible views of the ocean and village. The layout of the villa was ideal for our group. The two connecting rooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for sharing, and the separate studio room was great for anyone wanting a bit more privacy.

Our stay at Villa Mallory was absolutely fantastic! The villa is located in the beautiful and gated community of Orient Bay, and the views of the village and ocean were simply breathtaking. We loved the setup with the two connecting rooms; it was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed having their own space with twin beds, while we had the king-size bed right next door. Both rooms had easy access to the terrace, which was a huge plus.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
