With its 7 bedrooms, the villa will be perfect to welcome a large family or group of friends for unforgettable vacation in Saint Martin.
This modern villa has been recently renovated and decorated with taste. You will fall in love with this amazing outdoor area organized around a beautiful swimming pool from where you will admire breathless sunset.
Relax in the custom made outdoor sofa, or work on your tan on the sunbeds around the pool or on daybeds in the garden. Outside you will also find a dinning area with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and a large table big enough for 14 people. Villa Solis has everything you need to enjoy the Caribbean way of live.
Inside, the villa features seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a beautiful living and TV area, a modern wood toned kitchen and a tailor made travertine table for your meal inside. Four bedrooms on the main level all offer sunset views while the three bedrooms on the lower level all have extra large space and private terraces.
A discrete spa room allows for massages to be administered for up to two people.
Though sitting on the higher level of the lowlands, villa Solis is a short drive to multiple beaches, from quiet Baie Longue to lively Mullet Bay, as well as restaurants in the Cupecoy, Maho and Simpson Bay area.
We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible so just tell us what you need and the concierge will take care of it. (massage, yoga classes...) Housekeeping is also included 6 days a week.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 30 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
Any confirmed reservation implies full acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date:
The deposit paid will be fully refunded (100%)
- Cancellations made between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date:
25% of the total stay amount remains due and will be retained as a deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the arrival date:
100% of the total stay amount is due and no refund will be issued.
- No-show:
100% of the total stay amount is due, with no refund.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
