The property features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180 x 200), a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All three bedrooms are located on the main level and boast breathtaking sea views. For groups of 8, an independent studio is included as a 4th bedroom, offering complete privacy with its own kitchen, a marble walk-in shower, and a TV, ensuring maximum comfort.
The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive. The sea-view terrace is home to a salt-treated swimming pool, a relaxing jacuzzi with panoramic views of Orient Bay, and sun loungers for soaking up the sun. Villa Venus exceeded all our expectations. We traveled as a group of eight and appreciated the independent studio, which provided privacy and convenience for our extended family. The villa’s layout is thoughtful, with spacious bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for everyone. The outdoor grill and dining area were perfect for evening barbecues overlooking the bay. The location is ideal, just minutes from Orient Bay and the Hope Estate shopping area. It was a luxurious and peaceful retreat, and we can’t wait to return!

Villa Venus is a slice of paradise! The views from the terrace and bedrooms were spectacular, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed lounging by the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi while taking in the stunning scenery. The villa’s proximity to Orient Bay Beach and the fine dining in Grand Case made it an ideal base for exploring the island. The secure and private setting was a bonus, giving us peace of mind during our stay. This villa is perfect for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Saint Martin.

Rental contract
Payment
The reservation is confirmed on receipt by the owner/agent of a copy of the current contract and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
The balance will be due 60 days before your arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.
For last minute reservations (Less than 60 days before arrival), the total amount shall be paid.
The tenant must inform the agent in the event that he or she will arrive late.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation of a stay during Christmas/New Eve Holiday – NO REFUND
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival – TOTAL REFUND
- Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival – 50% REFUND
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival – NO REFUND
If the tenant does not arrive on the agreed day and subsequently does not contact the agent within 24 hours, the contract is considered null and void. In such cases, the agent will keep any payment. The agent will also be free to rent the property to other tenants.
Rebooking at later dates is considered as cancellation. Deposit will be only applied to future booking if property is rebooked for initial dates.
Damage deposit
In order to cover any possible breakages or damage to the property, a pre-authorization will be made on the credit card used for the booking, corresponding to 20% of the total reservation amount.
This pre-authorization will be applied on the first day of the rental and will be automatically released within 7 days after the end of the rental, provided that no damage or additional charges are reported.
Please note that this is not an immediate debit, but a temporary hold on the guest’s bank account.
